to the west will support periods of light to moderate snow and
gusty winds over the Big Island Summits.

* WHAT...Snow accumulations up to 5 inches and southwest winds
  gusting up to 40 mph.

* WHERE...Big Island Summits.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow will 
  significantly reduce visibility at times, with periods of zero 
  visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or
