moderate snow and gusty winds to the summits of Big Island, and
freezing drizzle and freezing for to the Haleakala summit.

* WHAT...Freezing drizzle and freezing fog will result in light
  ice accumulations.

* WHERE...Haleakala Summit above 9000 feet.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM HST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The Haleakala Summit is closed due to dangerously icy
  roadways, and will remain closed until road conditions improve.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while
driving.
