.A brief period of snow and freezing rain is expected today which
may accumulate on roads and structures.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM HST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of 1 
  to 3 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an 
  inch. Winds gusting as high as 120 mph.

* WHERE...Haleakala Summit and Big Island Summits.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM today.

* IMPACTS...Plan for slippery road conditions. Blowing snow will 
  significantly reduce visibility at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High Wind Warnings are also in effect for
  the summits which will contribute to difficult conditions at the
  summits. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while
driving.
