13000 feet through tonight...

.An upper trough west of the state will funnel deep layered
clouds across the Big Island. As temperatures remain around
freezing at the summit level, a mix of rain and snow will lead to
moderate accumulations on roads that will make travel to the
summits hazardous through tonight.
