* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Total accumulations of 4 to 8
  inches expected through Tuesday. Rain may also mix with the 
  snow in between bursts of heavier snow showers. 

* WHERE...Big Island Summits.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM Tuesday. This warning may need to be extended. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in 
  visibility at times.
